Got 2FA? If not, I highly recommend it. 2FA (two factor authentication) is the way to go. Even strong passwords aren’t always enough to keep the bad guys out.  Basically the way it works after you set it up, is that you login to a site or application with a password, then you authenticate with a second form of authentication.  Sometimes it is a text, or phone call to your phone, other times your app on your phone produces a code every 30 seconds that changes, and you enter that into the website or application to login.  With Microsoft Office 365, this is not setup out of the gate.  Other applications may require a 3rd party application.  I like Google authenticator and also Authy.  If you would like to know more, please contact me @ 720-460-0094!
